Part-Time Sales Manager (Female)Dubai, Nad Al Sheba
We are a fast-growing swimwear manufacturer. We are looking for a dynamic manager to establish and develop our brand in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish partnerships with key retail outlets, boutiques, and distributors across the UAE.
  • Develop the market entry strategy and manage initial sales/marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee initial local operations, including order processing, deliveries, and stock.
  • Drive growth to quickly transition from hands-on fieldwork to remote operations management.
What We Offer

  • Part-time role with 3 working days per week.
  • Base salary + commission on all sales.
  • Direct influence on launching and scaling a new brand in the Emirates.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven Success launching consumer brands from scratch in new markets.
  • - Strong background in sales strategy and business development.
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE retail channels and distribution.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
